About this event

Do you keep finding yourself in the same arguments, shutdowns, or anxieties with partners, kids, family, or friends? 🌿

In this 90-minute in-person session, we’ll explore how different attachment styles show up in adult relationships and what your nervous system is trying to protect you from when you get triggered. You’ll learn simple, practical regulation tools and have space to reflect on your own patterns in a gentle, guided way.

This evening is for anyone who’s curious about attachment and wants more grounded, secure connections in everyday life. No prior experience needed; this is an educational and experiential workshop, not therapy or crisis support.

Free event at 4Seas Nimman. Please RSVP to reserve your spot.
