About this event
Body Signals · Part 1 of 3
You meant to start. You opened another tab instead.
AXIS is testing a three-part practical process for moments when you intend to start one task, but another action happens first.
Part 1 · Body Signals — This Event
A free 60-minute movement and observation session designed to help you notice and describe physical changes more clearly—without being told what you are supposed to feel.
Through slow, low-intensity movement contrasts, you will compare what changes and choose one personal physical checkpoint you can locate without guessing.
The three Body Signals sessions are identical. Choose one:
· Wednesday 26 August · 2:30–3:30 PM
· Friday 28 August · 2:30–3:30 PM
· Wednesday 2 September · 2:30–3:30 PM
Parts 2 & 3 · Optional One-to-One Continuation
After a short case screen, a small number of participants with one repeated work-start situation may continue one-to-one.
· Part 2: reconstruct one recent work-start event accurately, without filling in missing details.
· Part 3: test whether a brief physical routine can interrupt the drift and support one explicit next move.
There is no required homework after Body Signals. The continuation form is optional.
What You Take Away from Body Signals
· A clearer ability to distinguish and describe one physical change.
· One personal physical checkpoint you can locate without guessing.
· A clearer understanding of what Body Signals can—and cannot yet—tell you about a repeated work-start pattern.
If You Continue to Parts 2 & 3
· An accurate map of one repeated work-start moment.
· A test of one brief physical routine inside that specific situation.
· One explicit next move to evaluate—not a promise that the routine will force you to work.
No movement experience is needed. Movements are slow and low intensity.
