Introduction to Puer Teas 普洱茶入门品鉴 \

Beginners and tea nerds welcome.

A free 4-tea tasting exploring puer across China and Thailand:

· Young Raw 新生普 — Chiang Rai Gushu, Thailand, 50+ year-old trees, pesticide-free

· Semi-Aged Raw 中期生普 — organic tea from China, aged 15+ years

· Ripe Puer 熟普 — 20+ year-old puer tuo, mellow and comforting

· Aged Raw 陈年生普 — Thai tea trees, Yunnan processing, surprisingly dark for its age

请不要自带茶叶：这次我们会按照既定主题，只品鉴预先挑选好的茶。

请自带一些零食和大家分享。

Expect a slow session with very small cups and plenty of conversation.

· bring some food to share

· bring water if you get thirsty, we are tasting not drinking.

· don’t bring tea: we’ll stick to the selected theme and teas
